What your first visit covers
Bring your concerns, current medicine list, relevant records, and questions. The visit gives you time to explain what has changed and understand the next steps that may fit your health and goals. You do not need to choose a treatment before an evaluation.

Ask what any recommended next step involves, how it would be reviewed, and whom to contact with questions. Further evaluation or referral may be appropriate; a specific treatment or result is not promised.

Brandon Eshleman, PA is our physician assistant and sees patients in person at the Sandy Springs office. Dr. Anthony McPherson, MD is the medical director and oversees the clinic’s care.
Consultation fee and separate care costs
The $99 fee is for the initial consultation, paid when you book. Ask for the expected costs and frequency of any recommended ongoing care before deciding. These are billed separately:
- Follow-up visits
- Medications and pharmacy costs
- Lab work and other testing
- Injections, procedures, and in-office treatments
