What a testimonial can tell you
A patient story can describe communication, the visit experience, and what mattered to that person. It cannot establish that a treatment will produce the same result for another patient. Individual results vary, and people who appear in a selected testimonial are not a representative clinical trial.
Put stories in context
Consider when the review was written and which service it describes. A positive experience with one program does not demonstrate the effectiveness of every service offered by a clinic. Ask about evidence, risks, alternatives, and expected follow-up for the treatment you are considering.
